When viewing a product in DMU. And having items in no show is it possible to get a parts list of the items in Show.

Search - Advanced - Workbench=Assembly Design - Type=Part - Attribute=Visibility

Regards,
Derek

Derek thanks for the help. When I select all that the box to select ok is grayed out. how do I get it to come active

Slaen - did you pick the binoculars with the yellow cursor in it. This is search and select, then press ok.

Regards,
Derek

When I select the binoculars with the cursor the screen goes away.

Hi,

There is a very nice CATScript in the file v5automation (you can find it on the path c:\Programme\Dassault Systemes\B14\intel_a\code\bin\) which has the purpose to "Write the name of selected products in a text file".

This is what you want in fact? If yes, this is the best solution (combined with what Derek said).

Regards
Fernando

Oops, should be Program files not Programme...and its v5automation.chm...

Regards
Fernando

Slaen - the search memu disappears? It should remain regardless of which style of binoculars you choose with the left mouse button. It should only disappear after you pick OK or Cancel

Regards
Derek
