Hi users.
I have been trying for weeks to get the DMU info to work for me on NX. Here is the issue...when I select Create DMU Workset i get an error that reads "There are no templates available...either turn on show blank templates or add templates to the pax file to support this operation".
So, I checked and the show blank templates are set to on.
I went to Menu-Help-Log File to find the pax location. It looks as though its not local and instead controlled by my organization, which would make sense. However, I have a colleague that can launch the DMU info with no issues. Does this make any sense? Is there a way that I can add my own DMU template so that this works or is this something I need to talk with an admin about?
