Divider block or Pump to point lubrication

Which of the lubricator system is better? Divider block or pump to point lubrication?

I came across some literature that divider block is difficult to field adjust to control the different proportion of the flow. If it is difficult to adjust in the field it may not be maintenance/ operation friendly.

Are there any guidlelines for selection of lubricator type?
