Do you really have to install all of Pro/E to enable distributed computing on a workstation?
Small company with a Accounting system (2.1GHz) and boss's system (1.8Ghz) niether of which get used most of the time and I like to utilise untapped resources to help me out on my 500Mhz system ...
Am I able to copy the daemon executable to the system, add it to the path and have it started at boot? Are the Pro/E libraries required on the system?
If anyone has experience installing this could they e-mail me of the procedure?
