Display very slow between MODEL/PAPER

My computer displays very slow when I click MODEL and PAPER tabs. Does any know why? or this is normal.

The reason for this is your file size might be too big for your computer to handle. Try to unload some of the images or xrefs that you have. If that doesnt work then its probably your video card on your computer or possibly ram.
