Anyone know where I can download a displacement chart, like for and Microsoft excel program?

A quick Google on vibration severity chart yields a bunch of them, but they are generally in html or pdf form, not excel...

If you download a PDF chart, there are a few different software programs that convert PDF to Excel spreadsheets. I have used the program "Able2Extract", and that works reasonably well.
