Can anybody tell where I can find the the std dimensions for a 14mm key and keyway (shaft & hub)on DIN 6885.

You could just buy it for $56 at

or you could do your own Google search for

DIN 6885 DIMENSION AND TOLERANCE

and come up with

Either one would probably give you the answer quicker than waiting for someone else to tell you.
