For dimensions on a print does anyone know how to remove the dimesion names or labels?

I am assuming this is ISO 9000 thing?

BTW ... what would dimension names have to do with ISO 9000?

CBL, it's a shame that you are not up-to-date with your ISO 9000 specs! [rednose]

Solid works is labeling each dim as it was put on the detailed print ie. the first dim is labeled D1 and so on.

Most ISO prints have this designation so that manufacturing can have an inspection sheet for that print.

For our application we do not need that level of inspection.

Does anyone know how to remove the label?

Have you tried CBL's suggestion?

The dimension names are for use in Equations & Design Tables. They can be given meaningful names to make it easier to read & understand. The SW dimension names would not be useful for ISO 9000 as the names are repeated between sketches.
e.g. D1@Sketch1, D1@Sketch2, etc.
