I'm using Ordinate Dimensions on my drawing, but im having problmes with the dimensions overlapping. How can I move a dimension so that it doesnt overlap with the others?

Thanks

91077,

CorBlimeyLimey is correct about jogging.

Consider the readabilty of your drawing. Lines that are too close together are hard to read, even if you can make out the dimensions.

Consider running ordinate dimensions down both sides of the part.

Do the new versions of SolidWorks support tabular dimensioning?

Since it is SolidWorks and you have a 3D model, there is nothing to stop you from having multiple copies of the same view. Each copy can show a different, complex set of holes. This is a drastic solution, but I have been there.

RMB the dim, Break Alignment, then drag the dim.

To add a Jog, RMB the dim, Display Options> Jog.
