Dimensions disappear when I edit sketch in Solidworks 2018, how to fix it?

Dimensions disappear when I edit sketch in Solidworks 2018. It happens when I edit sketch in a part or in assembly. Here's a video demonstration of a problem:

You can see that when I select anything with a mouse, all dimensions disappear. How to fix this?

I have Solidworks 2017 and it doesn't happen in 2017 version. I have even imported settings from SW2017 to SW2018 using tools-Save/Restore Settings menu and it still didn't fix the issue in SW2018.

Please help.
