I am a newbie to the CODEWARE COMPRESS software so please forgive me. I wanted to know if there is a way to dimension the end of a raised face flange to the surface of the vessel instead of from the center line of the vessel?

Yes, in the detailed nozzle window there is a button which says "Calculate Minimum r from desired external projection length". Right above "commentary" and "calcualtion options".
