Dimension & Text Color

System options only sets dimensions for driven and driving dims.
To change a dim color use the Line font (Line Color icon) to change the color. There isn't a way to import multiple dimensions using different colors. You will have to change it once the the dimensions are imported in using the above icon.

You can do this by assigning a colour to a "Dimension" layer and then moving the dims to that layer.

Either way you can't import them into a color you will have to change them once they are inside of the drawing.
