Diffusion calculations

Good afternoon,

I'm after about of help with diffusion calculations. I want to calc,

8% of an element to diffuse to 2% overall. Is there anyway to calc this 6% diffusion rate for a set time? I know you can calc using diffusion distances but I don't have that so percentage drop is all I can think off.

Your OP isn't very clear.

Where was this "8%" and what does "2% overall" mean? Is that an average? or is it uniformly 2%?
