Different thicknesses of Raft 1

Dear Colleagues,
Is it preferable to make the raft of different thicknesses, under the Podium, cores, and columns? Or just do it in one thickness neglecting the cost efficiency?

Depends on size , no of storeys . It is preferable for high rise bldgs with low rise large podium .
