Differences between Pipe, API 5L X42 Psl1 and Pipe, Api 5L X42 Psl2 1

Look at API 5L. Too many to list, but basically PSL2 is tighter on various things like composition and some material properties.
Most pipelines are made from PSL2 IMO.

Yes PSL2 requires tracibility, fracture toughness and prohibits repairs. Those are most important differences for me.
