Hi guys! I would like to know the differences between an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) and a ventilated façade.
What advantages does one method have over another? Which one is more expensive?...

Thank you so much!

EIFS see (no actual air gap)

Ventilated facade - a construction with an air gap between the insulation and the facade cladding. This gap is open at the top and bottom. This creates a way for natural ventilation of the facade.
