I saw on a device that there is a total current and an average amps. Does anyone know what the difference between the two is?

Thanks.

Sounds like a translation error in a lousy owner's manual.

Probably meant to say "peak current" and "average current".

The peak current defines the fuse and wire sizing, while the average current defines the required battery size.
