difference between 32-bit and 64-bit ABAQUS

Any one knows the results difference between 32-bit and 64-bit ABAQUS, I encountered a strange problem right now when dealing with XFEM, one of my job could be successfully completed in 32-bit ABAQUS version, while can not in 64-bit ABAQUS, I will be appreciated for your any ideas.
