I'd like to learn something more about things such as DHCP, NetBIOS, WINS, DNS, etc. I am new to these topics, and a recommendation and links for tutorials are welcome.

It looks like you are busy with NT Networks. I would suggest to look for the book Mastering Windows NT server from Mark Minasi from SYBEX isbn: 0-7821-2163-2

If you can't or won't buy it look for someone who have it. I received my copy with a pdf version of the book included on CD.

This is an excellent source on your topics of interest
