DGN to DWG format

Can anyone point me in a direction to convert from a MicroStation drawing to an AutoCad format?

I did this some years back. I think it was done from Microstation-Intergraph, exporting as DXF.

AutoCad Map has *.dgn import capability if you have anyone in your workplace that has the software.
