dewatering induced settlement calc

Hai every body!
Can any help me out to find out the flow rate and settlment induced by dewatering for Non destructive road crossing works? the soil soil profile is medium dense( with average spt N=15)SANDY SOIL and water table is 2-3m down from surface level?

change in effective stress within the cone of depression will trigger either consolidation or compression. If it's a sand, I'd be looking to quantify the soil modulus.
