Developed Elevation

I am currently learning and how to use ETABs and I am wondering if this is how the developed elevation is meant to behave. Looking at the bounding plane outline (cyan), I don't have to see the shear walls. Why then am I seeing the shear walls? Is there an additional setting on view extents that i need to configure?

I am following the introductory tutorial.
