Designing a tunning fork in Ideas-9

Hello, I am trying to design a tunning fork in I-deas 9. I have a target frequency (300Hz). Can anyone please tell me wheather an assembly has to constructed with two parts (e.g. handle and fork) and the constraints (collinear for handle). Can you please tell me wheather this method is method.
