I am supposed to make a design proposal for a terminal to load diesel, naphtha, and various chemicals on to 10kbbl and 30kbbl barges, and Panamax ships using available land on a waterway close to our facility. The design will also include facilities for the unloading of benzene from barges.
Can you point me to a reference on this subject?
