design of Wall Footing for certain differential settlement 1

I am designing a wall footing with a pedestal for 0.5" differential settlement over 25 feel length of the wall. I am asked to consider full fixity beyond design points. Can anyone guide me? I wanted to know how do you design for fixed end moment in longitudinal direction.There is a vertical load too.
