Gud day to all.. I'm a newbie in ETABS..i just want to ask what are the things to be considered in designing a gymnasium..
 
That is an very broad question. You may need to narrow it down a bit.

Other than the normal strength and deflection requirements, I would think vibration would be important. one possible reference is Design Guide 11: Floor Vibrations Due To Human Activity AISC

I agree with row. The traditional "L over" values may not take care of larger scale vibrations in your case. That AISC design guide is very good.
