Design Help with a Ringed Cylinder

I made the following drawing in Google Sketchup but I am interested in making it in SolidWorks. I am able to draw the cylinder which is shaped like the letter "D" but I cannot figure out how to do that in SolidWorks. If someone could please help me I would really appreciate it.
