Desalting production costs for one barrel of light crude oil

Appreciate if someone would kindly advise what is production costs for processing one barrel of light crude oil ready for shipment in particular the Dewatering & Desalting production cost of Crude oil processed in the Gathering Center.

Unfortunately, you will find "actual costs" are very, very tightly held proprietary information in almost every engineering community.

Thanks .. How about typical costs ($/bbl) - CAPEX and OPEX or the percentage factor that the Desalter section of the Oil Gathering Center would take from the cost of crude oil per barrel ($/bbl) ready to be shipped.
