I am working on the demolition of a 2 story house that is in very close proximity to a neighboring structure. I am looking for a solution that will allow the crew to work on the structure but will ensure no debris falls on the neighboring structure.

Any ideas?

I was going to go with scaffolding but the space between the homes is maybe 4'. I attached a pic for reference.

Thanks!

That's a tough one....will require a seasoned demo contractor.

Consider a variant on implosion. Use cables to pull walls inward and create an inward collapse.

Other than that, it will be a slow, tedius job of dismantling, not demolition.

Looks like my old neighborhood in Queens. I agree with Ron.
