Is there any way to bring back a deleted row in the BOM or is it gone for life??

Thanks

Are we talking about the 'Parts List' note on a Drawing or a BOM in something like Teamcenter?

Yes John, a parts list row, Native NX

cowski, I tried that, the 2 components are slightly dimmed and I cannot get them to show up on bom, I'm thinking the rows may be deleted. They are not plist ignored, but they seem like they are???

Are you using TC at all? If so, the component may be set to "reference only".

Make sure it is NOT a "drafting component"; whether using TC or native, a drafting component will not show up in the parts list.

Was the component in the parts list and you deleted the row? If so, probably neither of the above applies to you. Or is it that the component isn't in the parts list and you assumed that the row was deleted?

You state that the "2 components are slightly dimmed". Do they always appear dimmed or only in certain situations (e.g. when you start a particular command)? What exactly appears dimmed? The geometry in the graphics window or the component names in the ANT? Perhaps a screenshot would help determine why they are dimmed.

Cowski

No TC, They are not reference only or drafting component

The components aren't in the parts list and I can't get them to show up--even by adding a new parts list

When I edit levels on parts list and expand all in ANT, those 2 parts are a lighter blue than the rest that are selected, like how they show up when they are part list ignored

Select one of these 'missing' Components from the Assembly Navigator, press MB3 and select 'Properties'. Go to the Attributes tab and see if there are any attributes that includes in their names text like "PLIST_IGNORE..." or "REFERENCE_COMPONENT". If so. try deleting these Attributes.

Cowski, Tried that, they turn dark blue, like they should, but they do not populate in the bom, when I edit levels again, they are light blue again

John, I checked and the plist and reference attributes are at "NO_VALUE"
