delete issue

Hi,

Is there any setting in NX which makes deleting features faster? When I try to delete something in Part navigator it takes like 30-60 seconds.
I am using version 10.

You could try disabling Model Updating. Of course, nothing would happen if you delete a feature which means that the model would look at if the feature was still there which means that the next thing you do will be invalid since the topology of the model is not up-to-date. And of course, eventually you're going to HAVE to perform an update. Granted, if you're going to be deleting several features before you need to do anything, you might save some overall time to update, but that happens automatically is you delete all of the features during the same delete operation.
