Definition of Roller Pipe

What is roller pipe? I am assuming it is pipe that is rolled from plate stock and then welded. Where do I find a table giving O.D & I.D. or O.D and wall thickness? I have tried searching on the internet and have been able to find only one distributor using the term "roller pipe" and they do not offer any type of table.
