Hi all,
I want to do some stress analysis on functionally graded materials (FGM), so i need to define properties of the material as function of spacial coordinates.(eg, E=E(x))
I did some research and found out that i have to define material properties for each individual element (but i don't know how. what commands should i use?) or develop my own material model which again i don't know how to do.

I appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I have the same problem, but first I want to set up a plastically graded material model. I hope some one can help us!

For plasticity use TB,KINH,....
and TBPT,...

Hello,MechatroPro

Have you already solved this problem? Can you tell me? Thank you very much!
