for beam section what is the difference between Principal coordinate system and Shape coordinate system..?

Morning Saranam,

Can you explain the FE problem & your the FE tool (software) you are using. It sounds like a you are working a modal/dynamic problem & without knowing the above your principle coordinate system may be the global XYZ axis & the shape coordinate system is the element coordinate system.
