Dead End Signage

I need to know what the standard is on the red diamond signs that are posted at a dead end. What is the spacing/how many do I need for a 32' (I think) road? I checked the MUTCD and ASHTO Highways and Streets book but couldn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.
