Hi,
what you can do is, make a default of the datasheet and fill it with the necessary data. Then, add this to the profile of the instrument-type. Select all the tags in the index browser for which you want to fill the specs and select generate spec. This way, the tags will get the appropriate specsheet and already filled with the right data.
