Dear all,
Currently we are using intralink and due to different vendor working together we are facing a lot of issue in terms of managing the Fastners and we want to avoid the duplication of same fasterners. I just noticed that in our database currently that we are having some 40000 fasterners, out of which only 5000 are used mostly. I enquired and i came to know that due to our naming convention the Fasterners are allowed to check in.
I need help in removing this duplicated fasterners from the database and also if need any best practise to deal with these type of issue in future.
