Damping coef. Alfa and Beta for steels

Dear All,
I am trying to simulate 20kHz fatigue testing of steels using Abacus. Stiffness proportional damping coef. Beta seem to effect the resulting fatigue stress. What would be the appropriate value of Beta and Alfa for steels? How much do they differ for different steel grades? Your help is appreciated.
