Cylindrical sheet metal parts

I cant figure out how to make cylindrical or conical sheet metal features that can be flattened?

Any help welcome.

Use a contour flange for cylindrical or lofted flange for conical, but there has to be a split somewhere in the profiles - you can't use a full circle.
