Cut boundary interpolation

When performing cut boundary interpolation I'm getting cbdo file in which only some nodes have 3 displacements (UX, UY, UZ) - most of them have only UX & UZ.
Why is it happening? Is this correct? Could someone help me with this?

I forgot to mention that I'm using Ansys 5.3
