Customising Menus

Hi,

I would like to customise my toolbars and right click menu.

I want to add functions to the right click menu, can mapkeys be added to this? I would also like to make it come up quicker.

With my toolbars, when I'm modelling the drawing toolbar is automatically hidden, however in drawing mode, the toolbars I use for modelling are still shown, thus taking up valuable screen space. Can these be controlled so they only come on in the relevant mode?
