Custom Loads in MDO

Is there a way to define "custom loads" in Mechanism Dynamics? When I say "custom loads" I refer to something similar to those in Pro/Mechanica Motion.
 
Not only custom loads is a problem but there is also a problem with MDO. There is no book available on the subject. There is nothing in the ptc knowledge base on the subject.
