After modeling a curved concrete beam you have an arc made up of segments. How do you analyze and design the entire arc as a single member in Risa3d

You don't, you model it as a series of segments that are fixed end members. The fixed ends will allow the analysis to proceed as if it were one single member.

There is no way in RISA to merge non-linear segments together like that. So, you will have to live with multiple members. They should do a good job of behaving like a true arc. Obviously, the accuracy will depend on how many segments make up the overall arc.

However, the final design checks and reinforcement design will have to be done by hand or spreadsheet or such.
