Current transformer class 5L400

Please anybody tell me about the current transformer 5L400

What is the explanation of the 5L400

I know the other classes 10P10,5P10,ClassX,but for me this is new thats why i(5L400) am asking.

My educated guess based on CSA (Canadian) and older IEEE/ANSI (USA) standard nomenclature for protection class CTs:

5 = composite error (5%) at the accuracy limiting factor (ALF) which in this case might be 20

L = low leakage design, i.e., ring-type core with fully distributed windings

400 = secondary terminal voltage at the ALF, in this case would relate to burden of 100VA at 5A, or 4 ohms

Current CSA classes are 2.5L and 10L. Perhaps knowing where this CT currently is, or is going geographically, may shed more light on the class definition.
