CSA C22.1-21 Capacitor Stored Energy Discharge Requirements 1

Would anyone in this forum have access to the C22.1-21 Canadian electrical code published in 2021?

I’d like to confirm is if any changes have been made to the capacitor discharge requirements shown in red in the image below from the 2018 version.

I don't notice any difference. See attached a copy of
