Dear Sirs,
This is in regard with Crystalliser mass discharge. The mass is very viscous in nature and it is taking almost 2 hrs for complete discharge from the bottom of reactor. the Bottom nozzle is of 4" size and provided with Flush bottom ball valve.(entire operation is done in chilling condition and often the nozzle gets choked due to improper chilling.).
Please help us in finding soln so that mass can dropped within short time.
