I anybody using deep freezing(-300F) as a part of the process. Is it realy worth the money?

Deep freezing in my experience refers to the depth, not the temperature. For excavation or tunneling in saturated sand or unstable soil, it it cost effective compared to open cut, sheet piling and tie backs.
