CRSI Handbook Design of concrete pile caps

Hello everyone,

I would like to see the guidelines included in the last version of CRSI Handbook for the design of concrete pile caps. I am only interested in this part, so it is not worth it for me to buy the whole book. Does anyone have this part scanned or could forward me the content?

I believe CRSI is dividing there manual into separate publications. A Design Guide for Pile Caps is sold separately
