Ouch -- they want people to pay beaucoup bucks to be told that they can use the MMC modifier on concentricity! (And they keep forgetting the diameter symbol on position and concentricity...)

Considering the target market is people who need guidance to provide sufficient and correct tolerancing, it surprised me just how far off the rails the guy was able to go in such a short amount of time. The other part of it's being a bad demo was that, since they are a VAR, how little they knew about actually selling the product. They seemed surprised by questions that one would expect on a sales demo. They don't have to blurt out a number, but at least make sure to get contact info for a follow-up.
