Creo viewables from wvs without Windchill

OK - I've figured out how to find the prt/asm/drw files in the vault (or at least I think I have). But where are the pvs files that can be opened in Creo View? As we have wvs set up - I don't believe they are generated on the fly.

I know this is off label - but I also believe that it's been done. We're running SQL.
